Gronghui May 5 丨LHN(01730myvegasvideopoker.HK) announced that for the six months ended March 31, 2024 ("First Half of 2024"), compared with Singapore Singapore 20.3 million for the six months ended March 31, 2023 ("First Half of 2023"), the Group expects that the net profit before tax ("profit") from continuing and discontinued operations recorded in the first half of 2024 will decrease to no less than approximately 14.5 million Singapore dollars.
The decrease in profit for the first half of 2024 was mainly due to (i) the lack of the Group's disposal of its associate (Getgo Technologies Pte. Ltd. );(ii) the Group's disposal of LHN Logistics Limited and its group of companies without pre-tax net profit from the relevant discontinued operations; and (iii) a decrease in net gain on sublease investments. The decrease was partially offset by:myvegasvideopoker:(i) an increase in profit from the co-living business under the Group's residential properties; and (ii) a decrease in net fair value losses on the Group's and joint ventures 'investment properties.
